DESCRIPTION:The National Museum of Art of Romania\, in partnership with Hap
 py Cinema\, invites you from March to December 2024 to a series of monthly
  screenings of spectacular art documentary films in the Auditorium Hall of
  MNAR (entrance at 1 Știrbei Vodă Street). Tickets can be purchased online
  on www.happycinema.ro\, priced at 30 lei. The films are in English with R

 ional Museum of Art of Romania and Happy Cinema provides art lovers with a
 n alternative space dedicated to film screenings\, such as the Auditorium 
 Hall\, within the context of Bucharest's cultural landscape. Participants 
 will have the opportunity to watch documentaries about famous internationa
 l painters from the world of fine arts.\n“Titian. The Empire of Color” doc
 uments the life of an innovative artist who became the official painter of
  the Venetian Republic.\n“Jeff Koons. A Private Portrait” is an exploratio
 n into the creative universe of Jeff Koons\, considered one of the most in
 fluential\, popular\, and controversial contemporary artists.\n“Easter in 
 Art” takes viewers on a journey from Europe to Jerusalem\, where the host\
 , Tim Marlow\, examines how the Christian story of Easter has been artisti
 cally represented\, from the beginnings of Christianity to the present day
 .\n“Munch. Love\, ghosts and lady-vampires” explores the life and works of
  the famous Norwegian artist Edvard Munch\, illustrating his fascination w
 ith powerful symbols.\n“Borromini and Bernini: A Challenge for Perfection”
  presents the rivalry between Francesco Borromini and Gian Lorenzo Bernini
 \, the greatest architects of the Baroque era.\n“Vermeer: The Greatest Exh
 ibition” begins with an exhibition gathering Vermeer's masterpieces at the
  Rijksmuseum. The museum director and curators offer a private tour\, shar
 ing new research about Vermeer's artistic process.\n“Exhibition on Screen:
  Klimt and The Kiss” analyzes the qualities that have made Gustav Klimt's 
 'The Kiss' one of the most recognized and reproduced paintings in the worl
 d.\n“Exhibition On Screen: Pissarro: Father of Impressionism” explores the
  captivating biography and creations of Camille Pissarro.\n“Exhibition On 
 Screen: The Danish Collector - Delacroix To Gauguin” illustrates the story
  of the visionary collector Wilhelm Hansen.\n“Sunflowers: The Mystery of V
 an Gogh’s Greatest Artworks” includes interviews with curators and art exp
 erts about Vincent van Gogh's series of thematic paintings featuring sunfl
 owers.\n“Exhibition on Screen: Raphael Revealed” focuses on one of the gre
 atest artists of the Renaissance\n'We are delighted to collaborate with th
